Want A PGIslanders Tee Shirt To Celebrate our 10th?

The PGIslanders will celebrate their 10th anniversary in 2011. Wouldn’t it be great to have a distinctive tee shirt to commemorate this milestone? There’s only one catch! We need a design! So today begins a contest to see who can come up with the best design. We know there are lots of creative people in our organization including some very talented artists. But for the rest of us, this doesn’t need to be a piece of “fine art”, but can be something simple, funky, whimsy…you name it. Let your imagination go wild and come up with a design that reflects the activities of our club, the surrounding area, something nautical, or all of the above---whatever! All we request is your design, in some way, mentions our 10 year anniversary and identify us as PGIslanders. Start thinking now and follow these few simple rules:

Tee Shirt Design Contest Rules

1. Your design should be vertical and not exceed 8 1/2 inches x 11 inches.
2. It should identify us as PGIslanders and reference our 10 year anniversary (2001-2011) theme.
3. Please submit your color entry in digital form (via e-mail or disc) or on paper for scanning. Please do not sign your design when submitting prior to judging. The winner will get to sign their design before the shirts are printed.
4. All entries must be submitted to Don Brandt by October 1, 2010.
5. We will display your entries via e-mail and/or on our website along with a ballot for members to vote for their favorite design. The winner will be announced at our November 4, 2010 meeting.
6. You must be a PGIslander in good standing to enter.
