The "Triple D" is back!

Yes, it is the third session of guys' night out for "Dinner, Drinks, and Darts" at the Ice House. Mark your calendars for Thursday, 29 July.

We'll assemble around 5:30 pm, sip some ales, and play some darts. When we're ready, we'll break for dinner. Following the food, we'll play some more dart games until you are ready to hit the sofa after such a strenuous evening.

You don't have to be good, or know how to play darts to enjoy the evening. Please email me at duane.ising@comcast.net so I can get a head count of those planning to attend.

Ice Cream and Mini Golf

Save August 3 for a fun time together. We’ll play mini golf at Fish Cove just across the bridge then come back to the Civic Association to create yummy ice cream sundaes. It will be late PM, but the exact time and cost haven’t been determined yet. The golf is $4.50 a round of 18 holes; you’ll pay there. We don’t know the cost on the ice cream yet; it should be minimal.

We DO need to know if you will plan to come so that we can determine cost. Please contact either Trudy Millburg at trudymillburg@embarqmail.com or Karen Clark at kntclark@comcast.net if you plan to come so that we can make our plans.

We know there are lots of you in town from the great turnout at Laishley for BBQ, so plan to join us for this fun event.

We will also need 2 or 3 helpers for that evening, so if you’d like to help, let us know that as well.
